Why should I report an Issue with NCLEX® Test Pro 2022?

1. But it would be nice to get an option to hide the number of correct answers in Select All That Applies (SATA) questions.I love it.

2. It would be nice to have audio and diagram questions.Helpppp So this app is Amazing im trying to download it on my other phone (lost my last one) and it wont let me log in, there isnt an option of forgot password or username.

3. The repetition is so helpful!! Highly recommend, wish they had it for iphone users as well.What an amazing app! I purchased a subscription to UWorld, and I would say that the questions and the rationales provided with this app, are very similar to that of UWorld, except this one doesn't cost $200.

4. The only issue that are have, is that the SATA questions aren't as difficult as they can be, because they provide hints about how many correct answers can be chosen.

5. For the 'select all that apply' questions, It would be better if you do not indicate the number of correct choices from which to select.

6. I just wish there was a leadership section and also that it wouldn't indicate how many answers are needed for the SATA questions.

7. This is such a great study app, definitely my favorite out of all of the freely available ones!! The rationales are fantastic, with so much new information that is valuable to read.

8. It doesn't just say, "this is the right answer, all the other options are wrong", which is something that I've encountered, when using other NCLEX apps.

9. The rationals are helpful and can do more questions without having to pay extra.

10. You take each level 10 questions at a time, and you must get them right 2 times in a row to move on.

1. Fix NCLEX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NCLEX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NCLEX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NCLEX" » Open NCLEX® Test Pro 2022 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NCLEX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NCLEX® Test Pro 2022 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NCLEX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NCLEX® Test Pro 2022" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NCLEX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NCLEX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NCLEX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NCLEX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NCLEX not working

2. Fix NCLEX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NCLEX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NCLEX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NCLEX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
