1. The moment when someone pressed on the door bell button, it will turn off line, resulting in user unable to access remotely.

2. In order to avoid people to press the door bell button, I have to paste a black sticker over and disable the auto blue light, and place another separate door bell outside my house.

3. There's more frequent updates on iOS than Android.Losing the user friendliness!! (1) The latest app version does not allow PIR motion video clips to be shared directly anymore.

4. When the motion detection sensitivity is set to high, the notification is triggered almost every 1 to 2 minutes even though no object is in front of the cam, whereas when it is set to low, it does not detect even if someone is standing in front of the cam.

1. Fix Eques Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Eques: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Eques App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eques" » Open Eques » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eques » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Eques app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eques servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eques" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Eques app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eques might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Eques. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eques then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eques not working

2. Fix Eques Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eques be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eques not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eques may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
