3. Introducing ENTRAR.

1. Overall good experience with this app.Transport track is still not working even after updatingThis app is a huge MESS!!! You have to keep refreshing the tab during the class, the chat lags, microphone malfunctions and a lot of other glitches!! Also, there is a volume problem in the app if you press the volume up button once the volume goes all the way to 100% which is very annoying...... so I prefer to use the website version of the app.

2. There is also first announcement has been pinned in Announcement page which has been removed.it's fine to use but the app is not showing any notifications for the announcements from the school.

3. To top it all, the school charged us 4000 INR for this app n website 😡App has nice user interface with easy navigation .

4. That means if school is sending 10 messages then you have to download 10 different pdf files.

5. DEAR PARENT is really needed?? Please fix this ASAPThis is good mobile application, which has more functionality in terms of school management.

6. it's annoying to open the app everytime .please fix itWorst school software application.

7. Unfit for productive work.Notifications come in single line truncated! I can hardly read my daughter's name and no content.

8. Very bad design.App has a lot of features, starting from notifications to payments and ordering uniforms n books.

9. And the school does not use the remaining features.

10. All meesages and communications are coming as a separate pdf files and not as a text message.

11. I need to use this only one time a year, for paying the tution fee and that too can be done from the website.

1. Fix Entrar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Entrar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Entrar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Entrar" » Open Entrar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Entrar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Entrar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Entrar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Entrar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Entrar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Entrar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Entrar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Entrar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Entrar not working

2. Fix Entrar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Entrar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Entrar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Entrar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
