Booked appointments change for no reason or simply disappear completely I had an appointment yesterday for a CT Cardio scan, not only does it not show the appointment, it doesn't show the result The last appointment for an Echocardiogram shows, but the report is blank with no details Technology is fine providing you keep on top of it, if you can't do it then revert back to paper and CDsSome useful upgrades improved the application, but lab results flow charts still in 2023 with repeated issues , Flow Charts displayed no records now totally, atleast in 2020 there were duplications observed, still no option available to self email the flow chart results or previous history, online chat never worked since beginning not sure of keeping such an option if no one attending it even in working hours, Ask your doctor option also not working it must ensure response else no use.app has many issues.

2. After inputting personal data, the register button doesn't work.It's a good upgrade, but there are couple of issues like: it says error while reserving an appointment and at the same time the appointment is reserved.

Crashing and repeat login attemptsIts very bad ... whenever I try to login to book appointment the log button is not responding And for the medical reports as well Its totally a waste of time ... why do i need an app if i am unable to login!!!!!!The App keeps logging me out whenever I try to book an appointment.

4. Another issue is that you choose a follow up appointment ( it should show available times with your doctor) but lists all doctors.

5. Bottom line, don't try to add family or book an appointment through the App, it's not linked to the backend database.
