1. The new update doesn't work, the graphics at worse than before and I can't even connect to my profile !! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried to disconnect,... Nothing works and some people are complaining too.

2. Please change the app for the better ...This is a joke right? You update the app (it's supposed to get better after updates) and now it's impossible to access "paramètres de l'évaluation".

3. You can only choose starter character, you, and all the things who happens to you at your school are reported.

1. Fix Mon EcoleDirecte Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mon EcoleDirecte: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mon EcoleDirecte App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mon EcoleDirecte" » Open Mon EcoleDirecte » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mon EcoleDirecte » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mon EcoleDirecte app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mon EcoleDirecte servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mon EcoleDirecte" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mon EcoleDirecte app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mon EcoleDirecte might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mon EcoleDirecte. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mon EcoleDirecte then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mon EcoleDirecte not working
