1. There's no search function, no way to select a certain brand or product, no category selection, nothing.. The only option is to scroll down through the pre-selected listings but guess what, the entire app crashes every time you try to scroll the page so NOPE that doesn't work either! Oh and when I enter my location for delivery 95% of the products are unavailable.

2. I've had my delivery stolen by the driver, slow customer service, and very often will they cancel your order; but they don't cancel until moments after the delivery was supposed to happen so you just waste time waiting.

3. Today, I placed an order and it wouldn't go through for whatever reason so I reached out to customer support and basically got a "sorry" and the rep disconnected.Don't bother wasting your time waiting on these deliveries, they're extremely unreliable.

4. One time I ordered, it showed the correct delivery address to me, but it sent the driver somewhere completely wrong, wasting my time and the driver's.

5. The text message alerts are accurate about the delivery time.Haven't had any issues yet.

6. Once you enter an address for delivery, this is the permanent delivery address and the app will not allow you to change it next time if you want delivery elsewhere.

7. Support gave me lip service about caching issues, but I develop Android apps and know that it is dead easy to send an address if you're already able to *display it to the user*.Glitchy and useless.

8. Also ordering too, in order to place any orders you're redirected to their website.Eaze appears to be easy to use.

9. I'm trying to order a product and after clicking "add to cart" it takes me to the website and it's blank.

1. Fix Eaze Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Eaze: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Eaze App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eaze" » Open Eaze » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eaze » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Eaze app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eaze servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eaze" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Eaze app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eaze might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Eaze. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eaze then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eaze not working

2. Fix Eaze Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eaze be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eaze not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eaze may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
