Why should I report an Issue with myChildren's?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Nationwide Children's Hospital to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. If I reply, I can see the body but that doesn't work for msgs for which replies have been disabled.Will not allow mw ro sign in and tells me my email is not an email address, I do not have this problem logging in on the site, just the app.Loved it , used this too chart my sons feedings ie how much he drank, the time.

And track when he would sleep and for how long, his weight, lenght ,etc , and when he got his meds as I did this during his NICU stay from thanksiving '19 -12/23/19 , I stayed everyday & Night w him i didnt really need to chart all that really but felt better doing it for my own good, awesome app and id recommend it too other mommys!This App is ridiculously hard to get into if you've forgotten or lost your log in info.

3. This myChidrens app is a little scammy because you have to put in your child's information and it doesn't provide access to your appointments.Cannot open letter, or messages from my providers!!!I have a my chart account.

4. I don't know one human on earth that would want access to MY child's health info EXCEPT for me.The log in for the my chart website is different then the app.

5. Uninstalled it.pit currently has been given me issues...not opening, not allowing me to sign in, freezing.MyChart by Epic is superior.

6. Called and spoke with someone and what could have been a 2 min conversation was 20.I cannot sign in on the app, but I can on the web page.

7. You'll have access to your children's upcoming appointments, shot records and you can even schedule doctor visits.

8. Much improved but cannot see msg body.

9. Only one issue: I can see the titles of messages, but not the bodies.

10. Love the fingerprint implementation and the ease of use.

1. Fix myChildren's Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart myChildren's: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the myChildren's App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myChildren's" » Open myChildren's » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myChildren's » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear myChildren's app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myChildren's servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myChildren's" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check myChildren's app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myChildren's might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall myChildren's. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myChildren's then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myChildren's not working

2. Fix myChildren's Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myChildren's be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myChildren's not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myChildren's may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
