WearPro Customer Insights

1. Phone settings confirm that watch and phone are connected but app constantly cycles between "connecting" and "disconnected"I updated the app when the most recent update came out and now my watch faces on the app have all disappeared.

2. Don't see any improvements since last 2 updates.I received my smart watch today and was excited to get it set up only for it not to connect to my phone at all.

3. The WearPro app doesn't offer any watch faces that show weather, and the watch doesn't show current temperature.

4. I spent half as much money on a Zeblaze Btalk Lite with the Da Fit app, and they don't have any of these problems!Previous problems with establishing connection to phone have been resolved with latest updates, the latest of which includes a cosmetic improvement and smoother opperation.

5. Edit: Now with an update you got more collors but only the clock can be displayed, you can't put the number of footsteps you made, on old updates there was an option to add clock and footsteps on custom image screen.My DT Ultramate provided an accurate heart rate (HR) the first day I got it.

6. Now you can add a new record, based on the barometer of the phone or of the watch with high in meters or steps every day.Pure garbage.

7. But by the end of the first day, it started doubling my HR! (Garmin & Samsung customers have reported the same problem.) So, I'm returning the watch.

8. 500 faces you don't need and 3 customized options but still garbage since you need to bring dark background for those, you can't change the color of the clock and it will disappear if you put something bright, only white numbers available, more like racists xD.

9. I'll have to send the watch back if this doesn't get fixed.

10. I got the watch for the calling feature as well but it works although I still can't sync the date and time.

11. Very frustrating I spent over an hour trying to set it up and it doesn't work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WearPro Issues

1. Fix WearPro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WearPro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WearPro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WearPro" » Open WearPro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WearPro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WearPro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WearPro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WearPro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WearPro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WearPro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WearPro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WearPro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WearPro not working


2. Fix WearPro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WearPro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WearPro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WearPro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
