1. Beyond that it is a great program.PLEASE tell me that you are working on the update bugs! I can't send multiple scripts unless I back out of the patient and use the "Pending" screen.

2. Previously, I could renew multiple rx's for a patient by putting them all into a pending list and then selecting, "Sign all." Now I have to go to a separate menu option in order to sign and send them.

3. Also, when pulling the prescription record for a patient, must take extra steps to get detailed info.Beyond frustrated with this app! We're a surgery practice, so we overwhelmingly prescribe schedule 2 medications.

4. I could have mailed the paper Rx to my patient and it could have been filled quicker.Takes time to get cleared to use.

5. I just signed up and the app unfortunately crashes every time I try to open it, so I'm concerned about being able to rely on using this in my practice even after they fix this.

7. If I renew from the patient's file I have to open up the Pending queue to complete it.

9. I'd like to go back to the past, here...worked incredibly well then.When this app was first it worked fine now it is over $300.00 not only can I not send a Rx but it is nearly impossible to get timely support.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iPrescribe Issues

1. Fix iPrescribe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iPrescribe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iPrescribe App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iPrescribe" » Open iPrescribe » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iPrescribe » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iPrescribe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iPrescribe servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iPrescribe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iPrescribe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iPrescribe might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iPrescribe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iPrescribe then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iPrescribe not working


2. Fix iPrescribe Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iPrescribe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iPrescribe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iPrescribe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Please delete information from Aaron Strickland's iPrescribe Account and information within. We have been notified by an employee that the issue I am experiencing sending prescriptions through this software cannot be resolved. We will be switching to a different company.
