Hello, I have gone onto my Dreame account this morning and a lot of the books I have read/been reading have gone/moved in library. There were quite a lot I was half way through or have read and now when I click on the book, it starts me from the beginning?

My dreams app keeps crashing and I don't want to lose the chapters I have unlocked so I don't want to reinstall. Any ideas? I deleted cashed, reset my phone, looked for an update and tried all the online ideas.

A month ago all my books and coins disappeared. I started over. This week my books that update daily aren’t updating, my books aren’t coming up to read if I’m not at home even though I’ve downloaded them. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, again my books deleted and my coins disappeared…I figured it would happen, but I took the risk to continue reading. I reinstalled it all and my books are not updating and I can’t read anything unless I’m home.

I've recently been reading a story and I last purchased coins on June 24th. 1000 coins. When I checked my email this morning, I had a receipt for purchasing 1000 more coins at 8:31pm June 28th. I started reading My Hope My Faith before it’s completion. Big mistake. Updates are like once monthly now when they started out at several a week. I had started reading a book attached from a facebook link and was never notified about anything to do with coins or even saw anything involving coins but then I got a digital receipt last night saying that I bought three sets of coins charging my account close to $18.
