1. Both the bonus coins and the purple points expire with time so even if you spend money on the app to try and get a nice coupon for the absurdly expensive books, they'll likely be gone before you can use them for that purpose.

2. Trying to read just for free, it takes days to get enough bonus reading points to get a single chapter.I think this app could be better if you just played an ad automatically after every couple of chapters read.

3. Most books required two days of ads to open one chapter and yes I know there are free books that's how I get my time for the day done.

4. This time, instead of them accessing my account Im expected to use a second device to take pics of my locked books (because the app doesnt allow screenshots) .

5. I have books I've bought and finished that are now only unlocked through the first couple free chapters.

6. Dreame makes books so expensive and barely pays the author's compared to what they make off us, you can't edit/delete comments if you spelled something wrong or anything, and I'm convinced they only have like one 50% of coupon in the rewards section, or none at all.

7. Hopefully, you will try to improve this app before you lose us.The stories are good, but in all each completed story is on average of $45 each, that is extremely steep considering there are multiple stories that although they are good, they show that Grammer doesn't get looked at.

8. I've only read 1 book that's really worth it and many others I just ended up abandoning because it's not worth the money I'm spending.Sorta enjoying this... needs some improvements.

9. Like it's inhumanly possible for it to be gone in a second.I have used this app for years! But the books now are getting ridiculous.

10. The bonuses don't last long and are expensive to buy, especially considering the books get shuffled and taken off so you don't get keep it anyway.

11. This is uncalled for! Do better with what you allow published under your app name! Thank you!!The books are great, the reading is wonderful.

  • I have not been receiving my rewards for reading for the required amount of time for awhile now. Normally I don't care and haven't reached put about this, but considering I also spend with this app it's frustrating trying to complete stories and not getting these as well. I shouldn't always have to pay to continue to the next chapter.. I also have pictures that I took after what happened today of what I saw upon receiving notice that the points should have been added to my account. This is a continuous thing that happens to me. If this continues I may have to delete the app due to the unfairness of this. I am currently realizing that I've lost thousands of points due to this bug. What can you do to help with this issue.   • A month ago all my books and coins disappeared. I started over. This week my books that update daily aren’t updating, my books aren’t coming up to read if I’m not at home even though I’ve downloaded them. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, again my books deleted and my coins disappeared…I figured it would happen, but I took the risk to continue reading. I reinstalled it all and my books are not updating and I can’t read anything unless I’m home.

    I’ve had Dreame over a year. I have had no problems until a month ago.

  • I had purchased all of the chapters released so far for The Luna Trials by Melissa Gilbert. This last week Melissa announced that it was being changed to purchase to read (which I had already been doing), now almost all of the chapters I have spent my money on are locked.   • I was in the process of reading the royal twin alphas and the witch. I made it to the chapter promposal but decided to take a break and come back to the book when it was completed instead of waiting for the chapters one by one. I come back to it and all of the chapters I paid to unlock are locked again. The chapter it is asking me to start purchasing at again is called not a real princess. That is 44 chapters. The only ones it didn't ask me to buy were the free chapters to interest me in the book. The chapter log even shows they are unlocked with a check mark... I thought if I purchased chapters or books they were mine in my library as long as I had the app. If my unlocked chapters expire I would like to know because if that is the case I have purchased dozens of books from this app and even though i enjoy it I will delete it.   • The app was deleted and reinstalled on my phone. Now it gives me a guest account. When I log in with my passcode, it recognizes my registered account. It give me a message about the guest coins not transferring and asks me to either switch or continue. It doesn’t matter which I click because it doesn’t bring my registered account back.   • I've recently been reading a story and I last purchased coins on June 24th. 1000 coins. When I checked my email this morning, I had a receipt for purchasing 1000 more coins at 8:31pm June 28th. I did check and it did post to my bank account. However, I did NOT make that purchase and the app on my phone, doesn't show I made that purchase either. I paid for coins I never initiated and don't even have. My app shows my last purchase as June 24th. Yes, I checked my bank account and that purchase came out but this is a new purchase. I’ve downloaded Stary writing, and set it all up ready, but how do I go about setting up pay-to-read, and obviously as this would be my first book, I don’t have any followers/viewers, so how do I go about getting people to read my book? I’ve been emailing and messaging Dreame in other ways however I’ve not received a reply anywhere. Thank u.

  • I had started reading a book attached from a facebook link and was never notified about anything to do with coins or even saw anything involving coins but then I got a digital receipt last night saying that I bought three sets of coins charging my account close to $18. I just want to see how I can possible go about getting a refund? I wasn’t aware that there were any charges being made to my account from this app until it was already done.

  • I have not used my dreame account for nearly a month and today a payment is pending to leave my bank to pay for coins off the dreame website. I have not been on that site to purchase them and want to cancel that payment and any other payment that might happen in the future as I would like to cancel the whole account

  • I purchased coins for a story that I had already unlocked several chapters on. When I logged on to the app all those chapters are locked and there are no coins or history of purchase. I've attached a copy of the receipt from play store to show I did buy coins and I would like them to show up in my app.

  • I purchased 600 coina a couple of days ago. Still they arn't in my account. This is a total scam. I send my purchase id to you guy in previous emails (that you didnt answer). After thursday i'll take further steps if the coins are not in my account.

  • Hiya I recent bought over 4000 coins on my account which is logged in via Facebook however when I try to access these on a different device it won't let me, there's no reason why not in the terms and conditions so can you please explain why this is, thank you.
