1. On this app total trying to get through the error messages.I like the features of the app and the lovely theme, but can you please extend the text board for telling the story of the dream? I had to keep tapping continuously to scroll up because my dreams are quite detailed and long.

2. Before the only thing I had trouble with was when I would try typing a paragraph into my dream board about my dream it would start crashing and freezing making me have to restart all what I typed out.Okay. I thought this was such a cool app and a great idea!! Super excited.

3. Total waste of time!! I spent about 20 minutes exiting, restarting, u name it!! And my WiFi at home is usually pretty fast! Super disappointed, but I have it to starts because of the neat idea.

4. Edit I recently tried again and the only way I could access my account was by restting the password and waiting for it to load in my email after doing so.Okay okay so I loved this app and I had used it for about a year and a half, but now I'm getting kicked out.

5. If it helps I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S9+ running Android 10.The first time I tried it, it wasn't working.

1. Fix Dreamboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dreamboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dreamboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dreamboard" » Open Dreamboard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dreamboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dreamboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dreamboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dreamboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dreamboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dreamboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dreamboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dreamboard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dreamboard not working

2. Fix Dreamboard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dreamboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dreamboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dreamboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
