1. Such as inability to see network usage of individual devices, or QoS, such that when a device is choking the network, I don't know which one to disconnect or troubleshootQuite possibly the worst wifi setup ever! Can't get online no matter what.
2. The main feature of the App (for me) is to disable/pause individual devices from the Internet, but the App tends to disable all Internet access; moreover, the recovery from this bug is to reboot the router, satellite, and many times the individual devices connected wirelessly.
3. Firmware fails to update, device management doesn't even show active devices.
4. Few downsides, most of the time it doesn't report the correct count of active devices and it does not keep the name or icon you saved.
5. The device management does not remember labels you give for connected devices.
6. The sitelite doesn't take traffic and sometimes all my devices after connected to the main router across the entire house even though there are sitelites right next to them.
7. It also randomly chooses to use anywhere access when I'm on network so you literally have to go back into settings to verify it.An informative app with great tools and good management.
8. Have reconfigured the wifi settings 10 times! After configuring and connecting to wifi the orbi app says my product isn't configured and have to reconfigure it again! I'm ready to throw this thing into the garbage.
9. The anywhere access while nice sounding, has data issues, as in information I see in app when I'm not on the network doesn't match with reality.
10. I'll skip Orbi and go with Eero for my next set. This is a bad time to be bugging me for a review, but you asked for it so... very promising looking app until I dive into it and see that it really does very little.
11. At this point everything will be running correctly, you can update the firmware, takes ~1 hr, but is free.Setup potion of the app works well.
