Remember...it all depends on the photos you choose, so pick wisely and make sure the picture comes close to what you really look like, and not based on how cute you look in the photo.It is fun being on Doppel and find look-alike, the user interface is great.

No option because it is impossible to go next step when there is already an error from step 1 and 2???Lots of bugs and the app doesn't let you delete your account - it has the option to but it says you have to enter the code it sends to your email but no matter how many times you try, you never get an email with a code so the most you can do is logout.Untrustworthy app with privacy issues.

3. My password is required to delete my account and the app keeps saying my password is incorrect.... so I reset my password but the app still will not let me delete my account.Steer clear !! Absolutely no facing recognition features.

1. Fix Doppel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Doppel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Doppel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Doppel" » Open Doppel - Find Your Doppelganger, Look-Alike, Twin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Doppel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Doppel - Find Your Doppelganger, Look-Alike, Twin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Doppel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Doppel - Find Your Doppelganger, Look-Alike, Twin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Doppel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Doppel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Doppel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Doppel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Doppel not working

2. Fix Doppel Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Doppel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Doppel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Doppel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
