1. Feels like Netflix, just free!Retrocrush has great shows, but ultimately is ruined by a buggy video player that randomly resets shows to the very beginning.
2. I'll not be paying for any continued service afterwards if they don't fix the video player. Its a really great idea for an anime streaming app.
3. There doesn't seem to be any indication that the show is English dubbed or subbed, no option to switch versions, such as astro boy 1980 to sub.The app works fine enough on its own, but it seems like casting to Chromecast (or other) is completely broken.
4. Despite this, it's an amazing FREE service, so I guess it's hard to complain! Still, I would love to see some of these changes in the future.Update: App stopped working altogether across my devices.
5. Anyways, every time I'm browsing anime on a streaming service, I'm always looking thru hundreds of titles for the OLDEST they have.
6. I haven't been able to watch a full episode yet, sadly :( I love this app though and look forward to its future!I love the fact that this is free.
7. Chromecast integration is a bit primitive (no Chromecast screen confirmation that you've connected), and if you don't finish an episode/movie, it doesn't save your progress, so you can't continue where you left off.
8. Some shows has been removed which is a common occurrence on streaming services due to licensing and etc.
9. Sucks you have to use that work around but they did just update it and I believe they are working on it and the shows are still all there as far as I can tell so no harm no foul.Fantastic so far, with a few drawbacks.
10. Not only does it not see my Chromecast devices (just Google Home rooms), but when I try to cast it to these or my smart TV directly, it either does nothing or crashes the app.
11. There are a lot of good anime shows on there, but the current library, as well as options are a little underwhelming.
I don't wanna use it anymore.
