Why should I report an Issue with Sew Organized?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Too many adds that block the buttons.So far loving this app! So great you can add lots of info including pictures and can search for pattern name, type etc, so so useful! It's a shame the patterns (and projects) don't have thumbnails like the fabrics though, would love it if the app was updated to include these, would be even more user friendly!I like this app BUT once I get to a certain amount of patterns, the app will log me out in the middle of me taking pictures.

2. The only improvement I would love to see is to have a thumbnail image of my patterns beside the titles when looking at the list view, similar to what appears when looking at the list view of all my fabrics.Leaves so much to be desired.

3. Would be great to have a picture there too for browsing purposes.Great app for cataloging your fabric patterns abs body measurements! It's so great to have it all at my fingertips when I'm at the fabric store.

4. When viewing a list of patterns, I want to see a picture not just a title, same as fabric list 2.

5. I'm forever at a store and find a great sale and never know how much fabric a pattern needs.

6. 100 pictures total doesn't really accommodate extended use - I want to be able to choose which tab (fabric, project etc) is shown first when I log in 4.

7. Hoping to have store image to phone option soon to avoid paying a subscription but I might if I find myself using it alot.

8. I need options for color, print, out of print, embroidered, decoration, vintage the age etc, reproduction and the pattern name and period, and many others.

9. My only complaint is the patterns don't list in alphabetical order.If it was free, it would be a decent app.

11. I love the idea of this, and I'm so grateful that someone is making an app specifically for sewists... But unfortunately I've found it inadequate for just about everything I could want to use it for.

1. Fix Sew Organized Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sew Organized: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sew Organized App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sew Organized" » Open Sew Organized » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sew Organized » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sew Organized app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sew Organized servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sew Organized" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sew Organized app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sew Organized might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sew Organized. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sew Organized then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sew Organized not working

2. Fix Sew Organized Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sew Organized be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sew Organized not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sew Organized may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
