1. Easy to use, super logical, doctors' available slots are updated in real time... I absolutely recommend it 100%.As far as my experience with this kind of appointment apps goes, this is by far the best.

The messaging system is also ridiculous as you just get a reply saying you have to call a phone number - which with intermediate spanish is difficult as they talk too fast on the phone and sometimes with unclear accents.Just booked my 1st (telephone) appointment and it couldn't have been any easier.

1. Fix Quirónsalud Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Quirónsalud: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Quirónsalud App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Quirónsalud" » Open Quirónsalud » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Quirónsalud » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Quirónsalud app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Quirónsalud servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Quirónsalud" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Quirónsalud app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Quirónsalud might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Quirónsalud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Quirónsalud then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Quirónsalud not working

2. Fix Quirónsalud Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Quirónsalud be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Quirónsalud not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Quirónsalud may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
