1. The app could use a few changes such as tracking fiber and calorie, but overall, I am 120% onboard with Center Health.This app, along with the Center Health Nano glucometer, is a game-changer for me! I've been using it for almost a month & I've learned so much about how different things (meals, medications, exercise, etc) affect my blood sugar.

2. ACCURACY: a few times I tested twice in one sitting just to see what would happen, and the results differed 10 or more points each time.Was good at first but then...every reading is identical to the last one.

3. please bring back the feature, or add an additional icon where this information is stored.I've been using my Duo-C for a couple weeks now and love it.

4. The app does not have a SEND button for messaging them so you are in good faith that your request got through!!The concept is great but the app and the supporting infrastructure needs improvement.

8. TESTING: many times the Nano could not produce results because of an "error", even though strip was filled with blood.

9. I lost confidence in the apps accuracy.In a recent-ish update: Blood glucose readings no longer automatically update to the log.

10. I've been using this for about 4 months and I find it to be more accurate than my other device.

11. I have had 2 different issues, one I believe was the result of an update on the phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Center Health Issues

1. Fix Center Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Center Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Center Health App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Center Health" » Open Center Health—The Diabetes App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Center Health » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Center Health—The Diabetes App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Center Health servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Center Health—The Diabetes App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Center Health app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Center Health might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Center Health. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Center Health then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Center Health not working


2. Fix Center Health Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Center Health be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Center Health not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Center Health may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
