1. The symptoms I had were more akin to acid reflux than anything else, but the medical team at Dispatch Health wanted to tell me it was possibly aortic dissection or a heart attack, both of which probably would have killed me since the symptoms came on.
2. I love the doctors and nurses that I have met they are very kind and explain with a wonderful bedside manor.Registration was easy the problem I have, my wife had a medical problem and we were recommended to use this service instead of the ER.
3. 😉Doctors and service are amazing, however I keep getting an unknown error message on the app which is really annoying because that's the whole ease of using this service in the first place.
4. 1st scan of supplemental insurance card was worse - app picked up nothing - but 2nd scan was perfect.I used the service back in August or September for a terrible respiratory infection.
5. Dispatch health is now using the Athena app to record and look up your medical records.I'm unable to access the app.
6. Amazing care they spotted a drug interaction I was taking 2 scripts that were basically the same medicine it was supposed to help me breath but it was worst after they explained I got better , I couldn't go for an x-ray they got it to me .
7. Transportation at the time was not easy for myself and somehow found out I could get a home visit at the same cost of my regular walk in clinic.
8. When I actually needed to use the app it told me it didn't service my area & sorry for the inconveniences.
9. 😠 During flu season 2019 I uploaded all of my information, including separate accounts for each member of my family along with our insurance card and now I can't get in.
10. Now I need to call and wait for half hour until I can request an appointment... If the app gets fixed, I will change the rating to give stars.Just created a new account.
11. DH is a complete waste of time.I can not say enough good about this app it is not just an app it's all the people involved careing for you.
