Why should I report an Issue with Dipsea – Spicy Audiobooks?

1. And finally I want to add that I love their characters; for being in 10-minute audios, they feel like real, interesting people and that's what makes them so compelling.The stories are great but the app itself is buggy as all get out.

2. The actual content is quite limited - the "sleep" section, for example, which I was most excited for: There are only 6 "bedtime stories," and the "Sleep Overs" are about 30 seconds of dialogue with 25-55 minutes of ambient noise.

3. The most frustrating thing though is the app itself: it bugs and crashes about half the time; there is no filter function to sort through male/female/non-binary voices, or spice level - or ANYTHING for that matter, which makes scrolling to find suitable content very frustrating.

4. I love the "get intimate" stories and sleepovers ( funny, saw a review hating on those - I miss having someone around) but I've (thoroughly) enjoyed everything I've listened to.

Say, for example, you're looking for content with the "Romantic" tag: once you're in that result list, there's no way to filter between "Him + You", "Her + You", "Her + Him", "Him + Him", or "Her + Her" content, nor any of the other tags, nor, as I stated before, the 'spicy' level of the content.

10. I really like the option to include accents (British accent is great!), but I do wish you were able to exclude certain types of categories.

1. Fix Dipsea Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dipsea: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dipsea App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dipsea" » Open Dipsea – Spicy Audiobooks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dipsea » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dipsea – Spicy Audiobooks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dipsea servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dipsea – Spicy Audiobooks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dipsea app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dipsea might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dipsea. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dipsea then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dipsea not working

2. Fix Dipsea Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dipsea be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dipsea not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dipsea may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
