1. I need tech support.If this app is supposed to be convenient...IT IS NOT! It says I have a message but when I click messages, it says unexpected error!? Do u developers realize the notifications are time sensitive?? If i get my benefits cut ITS YOUR FAULT!! This app is a waste of space on my phone, and online is no better.
2. I don't know why its always the important government and business apps that barely work but that level of neglegence is unacceptable.#BEWARE๐๐๐๐๐ App gives wrong and conflicting information.
3. instead of simply changing the year and navigating to the month and day - You have to go month to month backwards hitting that little arrow (and if you have big hands thats really a task because i've started over and over again).

5. There is no clear notification of application status even after more than a month, you have to call and it doesn't say that either.

10. So far, so good except for the fact that when I initially had to fill the form to connect to my account the way to enter my birthdate was ridiculous.
11. Instead of being able to type the date, I had to go to the date on a calendar which meant I had to click 65 times.
