1. Wouldn't even give it one star but have no choice in the matterJust downloaded & used this app for the first time & I have to say I am impressed with how fast & painless the process was to enter the location, add the payment method, and automatically watch my machine load up to begin washing.

2. This legitimately just saved me time & the extra added headache of going to the ATM to then gather a handful of coins to enter into each machine (3 to be exact).

3. Has double charged me in the past because it says a machine is unavailable so I go to another machine then the first one I tried magically becomes available and chsrges me for the failed attempt and now I have two dryers when I need only one.

4. But it is better than lugging around a bag of quarters so I deal with it.This was my first time using the app and it will be my last.

5. also make a map feature to show all participating laundrymats! that's not hard.The app worked fine, machine started up and alerted me with updates.

6. Sometimes the start button won't turn on even after payment or transaction is canceled due to app not acknowledging that the machine is on.

7. But, there is a $1.00 "convenience" charge on top of charging me $25.00 for 24 hours on a $6.50 machine wash.

8. If the app had that feature, I'd have to give it 5 stars!It pre charged me $20 per machine and takes 2 business days to adjust.

9. First, it only gives you 3 minutes at a time instead of allowing you to put in the time you need.

10. Now NO MACHINE WORKS with the app and at one point it even failed to acknowledge the laundromat itself.

11. Went to install and set up was easy until you got to the location part where after an hour of trying to get it to work it kept saying the location was unavailable.

1. Fix DexterPay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DexterPay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DexterPay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DexterPay" » Open DexterPay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DexterPay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DexterPay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DexterPay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DexterPay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DexterPay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DexterPay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DexterPay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DexterPay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DexterPay not working

2. Fix DexterPay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DexterPay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DexterPay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DexterPay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
