1. But this app generates the error: "SmartCode supplied does not match serial number supplied." I've entered all data correctly, and my SmartLink Desktop software reports the same serial number and smartcodes.
2. tried reinstalling and reconnecting the phone but alas... on my other phone (iphone it connects gets the data for the last day but second time I try to open it - the app crashes).
3. Something about the backed up data is messed up and the app just cannot work for me anymoreApp is completely useless and stops recording data all the time.
4. However, it only works for few days or weeks and afterwards needs to be paired again which causes me to lose all my data.

7. About once a week I have uninstall the App, reinstall, bluetooth pair and reaquire my data.
8. I've lost count of the number of times I have had to reinstall, and often repairing with the machine can take multiple reinstalls and attempts.
9. App does not always show the information from the device, keeps losing Bluetooth connection then stopped sending the information altogether to the app.
10. It's definitely more than a year ago......DeVilbiss claims this app will work with the IntelliPAP Auto with manual input of SmartCodes.
11. I have the serial number of my machine correct, and the SmartCodes are correct too.
