They will continue to do so until they have no customers left.I install the app through my c-spire plan but when I try to go to settings it will not go to settings what is wrong with it does it need to be upgraded please let me knowMy experince with cspire hass been a coaster ride to say the least cspire is horrible DO NOT USE them take warning go somewhere else ive been with them for 5 years never had a prob till bout six monthes ago i have 3 devices and none get any internet service at all my phones drop every other call text come in 4 hrs late everytime i call they say its fine u should be good its prob a metal roof or roots messing with it they dont grow over night and the online chat they just hang up on me sorry sonsNot really sure what this app is supposed to do.

On Monday May10,21 I went over my high speed allotment,as usual I bought a pass.The entire week I barely been able to access anything online.Pages won't load or their dropped.I tried clearing caches, reloading.No improveWorks great! In store sales rep set this up for me and my data usage has slowed drastically on my mobile..highly recommend and absolutely no pop ups or adds..100% satisfied customer.C Spire never releases an app that isnt complete garbage.
3. I am on the "unlimited" data plan.That means your given a certain amount of high speed data,& if you go over your slowed to a snails pace.You can buy "data passes" of various prices.
4. I've been with C-SPIRE over 10yrs.I can make/receive calls & send/receive texts with no issues.
5. Consistent decline in quality of service over the past few years.
6. They are a dying company all around.
