1. It's really enjoyable for both the artists and fans so i hope you will develop this app more in the futureYou have no idea how much I miss being able to talk to my fox prince Inseong TT I usually don't write reviews about apps but you literally have no idea how much I love this app, yes, I payed like 9 dollars in my currency to speak to a kpop boyyo, but it was SO worth it ♡ Genuinely seeing Inseong's messages pop up on my screen as notifications gave me so much serotonin.

2. It's a really good app the only downside is the translations... They are honestly so funny and wrong lmao ♡I tried subscribing to the bubble and my bank account has been debited with the (1) ticket amount but my bubble store shows that there is no ticket I have purchased.

3. I usually ss the message to translate them properly because your translation sometimes wrong & misleading! DONT TAKE OUR MONEY WITHOUT GIVING WHAT WE DESERVEWhen you want to add a new artists under the same group, you're forced to buy a new multiple subscription, as they won't allow a multiple purchased with a separate single ticket.

4. Also, I could give it 5 stars but it needs some additional features such as giving fans a chance to send at least 1 picture a day or add few more characters to the character limit?I still get no fix on notification bubble eventhough I have turn it on bubble itself and setting on my phone.

5. I've been subscribing since the start, and everything's been working just fine, but recently, whenever they send a vidmessage and I play it, the audio and video doesn't match.

6. However, they won't refund you for the ticket subscription when you cancel the old for new, even though it's the artist starting new after the renewal date.Suddenly, I was forced to update new version but there is nothing new to update here.

7. #SF9I don't mind paying yet App needs an improvement 1st you can send 3 messages (bubbles) to idol max 30 characters or sticker.

8. Now that the service will be terminated tomorrow 12/10, I want to say thank you to the developers of this app as you have done very well to keep us connected to our idols all this time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix bubble Issues

1. Fix bubble Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart bubble: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the bubble App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "bubble" » Open bubble for FNC » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for bubble » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear bubble for FNC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from bubble servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "bubble for FNC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check bubble app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, bubble might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall bubble. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall bubble then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing bubble not working


2. Fix bubble Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make bubble be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to bubble not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, bubble may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
