Why should I report an Issue with Hoop - Make new friends?

1. But if you don't answer a certain way, then you can't continue with the survey so you don't get the 💎.. And I think you should be able to choose which city you would want to find snap friends in as well.. Still love meeting people from all over.

2. It likes to crash after a few minutes on the app, it freezes on people and doesnt change, does load then jumps onto next person, and sometimes the snap names don't work or it doesnt do anything rarely.

3. And I don't like it being limited to 3 pictures, but I wouldn't have a problem if it didnt.delete everything but the first one...Its a unique kind of app to meet people.

4. Keep up the good work on the servers and programming.I think that this is a great app! It's very easy to use and u can make some cool people on there.

5. I would also prefer being able to swipe on people instead of having to go all the way to the other side of my phone to skip someone.

6. Met some cool people.. For me, I would say the "take survey" for 💎 isn't really that good.. It's good for the developer, because they get paid from the businesses.

7. Make it so profile photos don't need your face in it.I love this app!! I've definitely made a lot of new friends here.

9. Then there's "super request" but I haven't been able to use it, because hoop is telling me there are no new friends for me to add, which I doubt.

1. Fix Hoop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hoop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hoop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hoop" » Open Hoop - Make new friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hoop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hoop - Make new friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hoop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hoop - Make new friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hoop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hoop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hoop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hoop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hoop not working

2. Fix Hoop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hoop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hoop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hoop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
