Why should I report an Issue with 8pm - Meet, Chat, Date?

1. since have download this app have not yet see my uploaded profile picture and others members profile pix and if is under development let it come real faster to every loyal of the program you are trustward if you people areI cant verify my email, all the code sent aren't working, i cant upload my pictures, cant do anything on the app, whats going on, everyone keeps complaining about this 8pm appI downloaded this app today and boy, it needs a lot of work to make it better.

2. I only have a problem with the verification process, I tried 5 times to verify my email it's telling me invalid request?! What kind of a useless service is that? Why would you send a verification email only to tell me it's invalid?!!The verification doesn't go through even after inputting the code sent to your mail.

3. Uploading a 3 photos is required to complete registration yet some users have less than 3 pictures and others don't have a picture of themselves, these are some of the problems I have noticed.

4. I mistakenly uploaded my best friend's picture; and for over 2 weeks, I've been trying to delete it all to no avail.

5. WASTED AN HOUR TRYING TO OVERCOME BLOCKS, REMOVING PHOTOS, AND THEN IT REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO SHOW MY LOCATION CITY.

6. Doesn't allow you to delete or change pictures.

8. This app looks suspicious.The developer should work on uploading and removing Pics and its not a most one most upload 3 pic.

9. Then below the screen a pop-up appears ("Pictures are being uploaded in the background").

10. Secondly, the option of Delete account should be introduced bcos one could always close an account to sign up again if there is mistake.

11. The log out button is close to the update button and it doesn't ask if I'm sure I want to log out (incase I might have pressed it by mistake).

1. Fix 8pm Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 8pm: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 8pm App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "8pm" » Open 8pm - Meet, Chat, Date » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 8pm » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 8pm - Meet, Chat, Date app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 8pm servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "8pm - Meet, Chat, Date" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 8pm app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 8pm might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 8pm. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 8pm then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 8pm not working

2. Fix 8pm Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 8pm be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 8pm not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 8pm may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
