1. It's better than the numbers.As for my android phone.. it no longer works as for my tablet it's acting just like it did before I was told to update it on my phone by that the app I clocked in 12 minutes late today because I was trying to read through reviews and see if maybe I'm missing something I'm not sure why it's not working on the phone anymore not after it suggested me do an update for the app before the 17th so now it's not working at all on my phone and I won't allow me to do updates suggested I add to my tabletYes ... 2. Being as the same household because of my own parents being my personal experience I am just trying to let you know from my experience, I have found that you are better off with the clock out and back in if you give at least a minute to 2 min window between the point of member shift changes.

3. I was standing still and got 8.-, 3.-, then 29.-ft!Mostly good sometimes there is a problem with the clock out of one client, and the point of clocking back in for my other client.

4. Prev: I clock in at the correct time MST and it changes my clock in time to CDT! - GPS function is way off.

5. But the worst is that I can be standing in the same spot and 3 different attempted clock ins will show 3 different distances.

6. Alright well I'm glad to have access to a good job and agency Girling.Yes, I had trouble updating this app, too.

7. I can clock in on the driveway, but if I clock out in it, it doesn't count.

8. Update: The clocking has been corrected and the GPS has somewhat been corrected over time.

9. No one told me, and there were no prompts that told me it wasn't going to count that day or I needed to call anyone about it.

10. The location is still off, but the app is usable.

11. I'm in the home and it is telling me that I am not at the location.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Vesta Issues

1. Fix Vesta Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Vesta: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Vesta App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vesta" » Open Vesta Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vesta » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Vesta Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vesta servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vesta Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Vesta app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vesta might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Vesta. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vesta then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vesta not working


2. Fix Vesta Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vesta be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vesta not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vesta may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
