But what is offered is adequate for my needs when I'm traveling.More than a bit irritated with the nagging notifications; if there's a way to pick times, I haven't found it yet, and I don't work day shift so 7 pm isn't helpful! Plus the condescending tone ("a sedentary lifestyle is a big NO-NO") grates, especially since I have significant medical issues and sometimes physically cannot do anything else.

11. I have a phone and a tablet and wanted to be able to sign in on both for flexibility and for the larger screen at times.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Daily Yoga Issues
1. Fix Daily Yoga Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Daily Yoga: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Daily Yoga App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Daily Yoga" » Open Daily Yoga®: Yoga for Fitness » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Daily Yoga » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Daily Yoga®: Yoga for Fitness app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Daily Yoga servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Daily Yoga®: Yoga for Fitness" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Daily Yoga app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Daily Yoga might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Daily Yoga. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Daily Yoga then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Daily Yoga not working
2. Fix Daily Yoga Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Daily Yoga be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Daily Yoga not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Daily Yoga may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
