Daily Yoga Customer Insights
1. But what is offered is adequate for my needs when I'm traveling.More than a bit irritated with the nagging notifications; if there's a way to pick times, I haven't found it yet, and I don't work day shift so 7 pm isn't helpful! Plus the condescending tone ("a sedentary lifestyle is a big NO-NO") grates, especially since I have significant medical issues and sometimes physically cannot do anything else.
2. As opposed to four poses left, THEN those same four poses right.The people's voices make me feel calm, relaxed, and safe.
3. Four stars because I can't do a free trial for the pro version, and it's pretty expensive especially for a student.Started using this because I have had IT band issues and I'm avoiding the gym because of covid.
4. But with this app, it's free, has calming voices, calning music, it just sooths my brain and my muscles.Love the content, but the presentation could improve.
5. Has different levels of difficulty so you can pick whichever level you feel comfortable doing.
6. Try it!The app is great on my phone, however on my laptop it does not play any video/audio so I cannot even start a session.
7. I really wish to use the laptop version since the screen is larger, however that is not at all possible with it's current running.
8. Has multiple selections of music, you can pick whatever program you want, if you want to work on and there's a session for that.
9. Clear and helpful visual and verbal guidence for body position, how it should feel and how to adjust if your body's just not there yet.
10. Because of the counterintuitive navigability and the bright shiny "click here to buy" that inundates the Home screen, I often feel lost.
11. I have a phone and a tablet and wanted to be able to sign in on both for flexibility and for the larger screen at times.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Daily Yoga Issues
1. Fix Daily Yoga Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Daily Yoga: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Daily Yoga App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Daily Yoga" » Open Daily Yoga®: Yoga for Fitness » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Daily Yoga » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Daily Yoga®: Yoga for Fitness app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Daily Yoga servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Daily Yoga®: Yoga for Fitness" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Daily Yoga app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Daily Yoga might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Daily Yoga. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Daily Yoga then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Daily Yoga not working
2. Fix Daily Yoga Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Daily Yoga be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Daily Yoga not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Daily Yoga may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Please do not renew my subscription to Daily Yoga. I do not use this app. You need to revise your opt out for IPhones. A simple cancel subscription button would be great.
