1. No vibrations on this smartwatch when notifications come in, although it works well with vibrations when start on BPM and BLOOD PRESSURE!! Hope the developer resolves or recitify it.

3. I'm uninstalling it and my Prixton "smart watch" goes back into its box forever, only 2 hours after I turned it on for the first time.Well, this actually syncs to my fitness tracker, so that's a plus.

4. When it's fixed I'll give you a better rating.WHOLE APP NEEDS REDESIGNING: Need to get rid of the ringtone everytime it disconnects from the watch.

5. Basically it wants full access to your phone even though it's only supposed to sync with your watch and maybe calculate how much you move.

6. Whole app needs doing again, blank canvass and start again, clearly wasnt tested first before its release1.

7. the instruction booklet is rubbish, with no instructions on how to set up the device.Problems with noticatiions for incoming calls like SMS, Facebook, Whatapps, emails etc.

9. Used to work fine on my old phone.this app and watch have worked flawlessly on my Pixel 2 xl.

10. Also, if you dont go into the app for 5 hours, it automatically exits the app and disconnects from the watch, even after i have set it to run in the background.

11. i have had no issues at all adter having this watch and app for over 4 months.Eventually able to login.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TrackFit Issues

1. Fix TrackFit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TrackFit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TrackFit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TrackFit" » Open TrackFit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TrackFit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TrackFit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TrackFit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TrackFit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TrackFit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TrackFit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TrackFit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TrackFit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TrackFit not working


2. Fix TrackFit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TrackFit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TrackFit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TrackFit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
