1. On my car android 7" radio the connection icon is hidden at the bottom of the screen behind the white strip that has the home and download buttons.Put your phone in aeroplane mode then turn wifi on to connect to the camera.
2. If you have trouble connecting the camera, go to connections on your phone, look for the camera on wifi connections and type in your password, and click auto connect and off you go.App lets me connect to camera without hassle.
3. The option to view and download video clips to your device by wifi just doesn't work even if you can figure out how to do it.finally got the app to work.
4. I give it one star because it does connect with the camera and you can live view, thats worth something maybe.
5. the camera is useless as all the setup can only be performed using a connected mobile device with the 168dvr app.The app seems to have a bug with wifi connection.

7. After the dash cam turned on, i have to reset the wifi on the phone by "forget" previously saved connection and reconnect with password each time to connect to the app.
8. There is no reliable way of getting the video's off the camera through the wifi.
9. As another reviewer said, if you want the video files it might be best to connect the sd card to your computer and read the video files rather than mess around with the app.Utter garbage.
10. Functional dash cam for the cost of a couple of beers.the app connect to the camcorder using wifi.
11. Have to connect to PC to view video.
I forgot the Wi-Fi password & its not letting me reset it.
