Call Blocker Customer Insights

1. If I'm listening to a podcast or something and get a call, the app cuts the volume by like 80%I've used this app for quite some time and it's been great until the last few months, everytime a call comes in it keeps popping up a screen over the top of whatever else I'm doing and there doesn't seem to be any way to stop it from doing that.

2. Not sure what happened, but my phone screen now stays dark during incoming calls.

3. My phone does not ring, but rather, all calls from unknown numbers are sent directly to voicemail.

4. Another kept force closing, and calls would sometimes ring once before catching the call.

5. It's easy to update if you need. This Call Blocker is literally the most stable and consistent app of this kind I've ever seen.

6. Again, annoying. So far this is doing a great job at blocking calls.

7. Now in later versions, when my contacts call me, there is some sort of on-screen floating options on the screen.

8. I wonder if this is because of a recent update? If this can't be fixed, I'm going to have to switch to another call blocker. It works very well.

9. So, YES while I can now block calls it was a pain to get it working with a One Plus phone but now that I'm done .

10. The free tier offers everything one could need, and the call blocker actually works.

11. I have a One Plus phone and YEAH, it did NOT block calls at first.

  • I would like all of my data in your database deleted along with my account. My phone number is 210-669-3654 and I have decided to go with my provider's call blocker rather than yours. I am making this request under the GDPR.

I do not suspect this request would be a problem. However, I am aware of the $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.
