1. Otherwise, I might will move on to a different VRS service.Convo app worthless technology..... Due to I receiving calls from Convo WITHOUT ringing and NO flashing light is nothing that all.

2. I have difficulty in receiving calls, I have enabled the flashing light and push notifications but it does not always "ring" and that makes me miss important calls.

3. Despite these 2 bugs, service is great and video quality is consistently good.I have a problem in receiving calls from Convo app.

4. only one tiny issue when we close the app it should be forced closed with out doing going to settings and click force closed sometime we reset our phones it auotmatic start up, it makes the phones too long to load to run start up programs when it needs to be loaded.

6. I even left an app open in hoping to get an incoming call that I already made an appointment for, yet it never appears but received a voice-mail instead! Now I was told that next call will be last time for the important discussion otherwise I'd miss it.

7. i say that you should put in convo app settings saying log in automaticly? and/ or add start up?Someone trying to call me which I did not get started.

8. Need add vibrate, convo app should stay service running when turn off phone, and I don't want Convo send my email.

9. Sorry one star because of security issues.I have been having an issue on receive incoming call notifications.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Convo VRS Issues

1. Fix Convo VRS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Convo VRS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Convo VRS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Convo VRS" » Open Convo VRS » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Convo VRS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Convo VRS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Convo VRS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Convo VRS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Convo VRS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Convo VRS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Convo VRS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Convo VRS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Convo VRS not working


2. Fix Convo VRS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Convo VRS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Convo VRS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Convo VRS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
