Overall its really great!I really like this app because the prices are reasonable & there's a lot more stuff on here that my son likes that I can't find other places or it just costs too much money at other places! The only problem I have is that sometimesvyou order stuff it looks so good in the pics on the App & than you get it & it doesn't look the same at all! + There's no exchanges, but you can return an item & have to pay for shipping back to get a refund just to order the same item again in a different size!? 🤷It's just a redundant Wish app but that's cool because they're both really well done.

I updated and keep trying to look in the whereabouts of the "free" item I was supposed to receive, I ordered it 22 days ago and it still won't show me the tracking history when I tap on "Where's my package?"Ordered item(and it wasn't one of the if your the first one to order ones) then I find that they refunded me my money but of course I can buy it at inflated price.
3. If I'm no longer interested and I'm looking at tools, it reads that and shifts the focus to those items.Of the 10 things I've tried to order 7 can't be processed for that price and a refund was given.
4. They're both easy to navigate, they have a lot of photos of the products usually, and they have sophisticated code that is always analyzing your interest in different items in real time.
5. Also watch the shipping some items say from 7-14 dollars,,,, what's that suppose to be,,, whatever they decide they want to clip you for?Cheap goods from China.
6. If you get to customer service you can mail back the item which costs more than you paid to ship back to China.
7. So be careful! Also, make sure to keep browsing for same item because alot of times you can find it cheaper.
8. Or as a new customer you get a free product but you go to buy it you not only get charged for shipping but also the price for the product too.
9. Which I was to select a different category or anything to do with leaving the home page when I'd go back to the home page or any one of the categories page was having a hard time refreshing the new or last page.
10. It's not free that's for sure.The Joyful Shopping app is the 4th App that shows so many beautiful and useful Items.

You put my account in bad standing. For what. For not accepting the poor quality of the items that you allow these vendors to sell. I don't want to keep the items. I just a quality product for my hard earned money. As a customer I have a right to return any item I'm unhappy with. For you to try and block my return request. Is unacceptable and I will do my best to expose this fraudulent act. I've worked for Costco for 14 years. When a customer returns am item there are no questions asked. They are not placed in bad standing. I want to return 3 piss poor items asap. Please respond to my request
