1. I have not seen one shift available since I downloaded over a month ago.This app has no shifts for the entire state of Texas, ridiculous and unusable, no work available!Won't let u see shifts.

2. Intermittently since last October, I've made the suggestion/request that the company request the developers implement a feature to export your shifts as calendar events, when I think would set them at a much-higher caliber.

3. Also, when I view the available shifts, then navigate under another tab... and navigate back to available shifts, I am not able to scroll down.

4. Overall a great app and company.Do no work for this Company! I worked a shift 1 month and got the run around about payment.

5. So I never got paid for the terrible 10 hr shift where I received no orientation or training at the facility.The App functions is crazy, It has to problem sign in, I have to go outside to get the geolocation.

6. The app is great as it allows one to choose shifts from the many facilities at one's convenience .

7. Instead, I am required to click out of the app entirely and then attempt to scroll down under the available shift(s).It's a very easy app to use.

8. With app one can manage the shifts works, what pay to expect and there is a backup of shifts already paid.

9. It gives the options for double shifts if wanted.

1. Fix connectRN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart connectRN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the connectRN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "connectRN" » Open connectRN » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for connectRN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear connectRN app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from connectRN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "connectRN" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check connectRN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, connectRN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall connectRN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall connectRN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing connectRN not working

2. Fix connectRN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make connectRN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to connectRN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, connectRN may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
