Why should I report an Issue with Listen - Voice Chat Rooms?

1. So hard to find people you can really communicate with.This app is still a great app but I wish I was still able to speak with more English people! Ever since the update, I can't select if I can speak with the language that I want to! I think it would be great if they also add a feature where you can select what you like and 'listen' to people who like the same things!I've used this app over a period of 5 years.

Definitely not worth the time downloading until these issues are fixed.It is a decently nice application but it definitely needs a few fixes, primarily you all need to return the language or area-specific categorizations to it, it does no good for me to listen to a language that I do not understand.I liked the older version.

3. not unique anymore.I've updated it to the newest version but I HATE IT because I can't listen to old stories (under 24hours ago) on Home section and it only shown "did not find a new story" so please fix it.

4. After not being able to log on for a month and then having to update the app, which took an hour, I open it to find that all my previous chats have been deleted.

5. Over the last two months, things started getting worse with the app when I couldn't get new stories and chats were getting deleted.

6. My previous account was deleted and have lost many chats.it's a new idea but 30s is not enough to record and no one will pay to increase the period of the record.

7. Please spend some money on marketing, this app could really be big! I love tge fact that you can listen to the recordings before sending them.I initially had this as a 5 star all because when I tried it years ago, it was amazing.

8. Initially, things were good and I got to speak to a lot of different people and things were going fine.

9. Everything needs gems and it seems 1/20 youll actually find someone who speaks your language.

10. I suggest you make the record period unlimited.Clearly the makers are just money hungry and ironically it will be the death of this app.

11. Last thing is I hate the Location feature because I can't be anonymous anymore and my 'stranger' will know where I am.

1. Fix Listen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Listen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Listen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Listen" » Open Listen - Voice Chat Rooms » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Listen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Listen - Voice Chat Rooms app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Listen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Listen - Voice Chat Rooms" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Listen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Listen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Listen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Listen then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Listen not working

2. Fix Listen Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Listen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Listen not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Listen may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
