1. This adds no value if it just links you to the website, what if you are offline and need the phone numbers or want to emailRarely able to log in, and when it did finally work, it was yet another way of accessing the website.

2. I am an Amazon employee and referred to this app by them but can't use it at all.App seems to work fine for me but anything you do just redirects to their website, which sort of defeats the purpose of having an app anywayApp is not working, blank screen.

1. Fix GuidanceNow℠ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GuidanceNow℠: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GuidanceNow℠ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GuidanceNow℠" » Open GuidanceNow℠ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GuidanceNow℠ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GuidanceNow℠ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GuidanceNow℠ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GuidanceNow℠" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GuidanceNow℠ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GuidanceNow℠ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GuidanceNow℠. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GuidanceNow℠ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GuidanceNow℠ not working
