1. Are we expected to check in every few hours to get an appointment or are we really going to be notified by email? What about text message (SMS)? An indication of how many people are in line and the number ahead of us is needed.Constantly improving! The move into Anaheim Convention center has moved things so fast.
2. When my turn did come up, perhaps 2 weeks after I registered, the app started showing available appointments and led me through making an appointment, arrival at the site, and the whole barcode process.
3. During that period, the app used to say that "no clinics are Currently Opened [sic]." That seems to have been fixed and now it tells you that you are in a Virtual Waiting Room and that they'll contact you based on your priority.
4. Also the web page is useless as it does not let you make an appointment.Now can get into app but automatic location is not working.
5. Wishing everyone just as easy of an experience.Initially unable to get past the login screen for weeks.
6. The app kept saying login invalid or it would constantly go to a password reset screen, which wouldn't work either.
7. Now that I've had the first dose, the app shows me the appointment (made automatically) for the second dose.
8. Before it's your turn to get a shot, the web site tells you that you are in the waiting room.
9. Took 3 weeks after registering to be eligible to make the appointment, and another 3 weeks before I could finally get an appointment.
10. It was so easy! Easy to find parking, everyone volunteering was very helpful on site, and the site was very organized.
11. Thank you for fixing it by the time I was due for my 2nd dose.I downloaded this app on both my phone (android) and computer.
Hi, I registered through your website & I got my 1st Moderna shot on 1/31/21 at Disneyland. At the time they gave me a card telling me my 2nd dose was to be given on 2/28/21. I went to the Anaheim Convention Center on 2/28/21 and did receive my 2nd dose of the Moderna Vaccine on that day. Your website never showed that I received my 1st shot on 1/31/21, instead it is showing that my 2nd shot is my first one & I am still due for the 2nd one later this month. My husband and I received our first Moderna vaccine on 1/26/21 elsewhere. We are due for the second dose and cannot get it from the original place. We do not know how to navigate signing up for the second dose instead of the first. Please help.
I received my 1st dose of Moderna vaccine on 1/7/2021 at OCFA & my 2nd dose on 2/4/2021 at Disneyland At Disneyland I was told to go to the line for 2nd shot to ensure that I’d receive the correct Moderna vaccine (Disneyland was giving out Pfizer vaccines as 1st doses at the time as well ) Before I received my 2nd shot, I asked & was assured that I was getting the Moderna (not Pfizer) vaccine by the nurse. But my vaccine record on Othena app listed Pfizer as my 2nd dose. Please verify & correct as this would be my digital vaccine recited & it’s reflecting the wrong information Thank you.

Othena profile says I received Round 1 vaccination on 2/5 but I HAVE NOT. Account is now blocking me from booking Round 1 even though I received a 2/3 email telling me to book Round 1.
I registered on Othena and received my first Moderna vaccine on Jan. 31 at Disneyland. There is no record of it when I log in to my account but I was given a hand written card by the person who administered the shot. She said i would get an appointment for Feb 28 for my second dose, however the system won’t let me make an appointment as it thinks I missed my first appointment. My husband was with me and he received his second dose appointment within minutes of getting the first one. How should I proceed to get my second shot with my husband? We need to go together. His appointment is for February 28 at 2:30 pm. Will the hand written card from the attendant be enough proof that I already got a first shot? Please advise. I don't want to have to start all over if i cant get a second shot. How can i get my account corrected to show i have had my first shot? Thank you.
Hi I received an email regarding make schedule for appointment unfortunately I can not make a time for my date. Also date is not flexible.
Received a notification yesterday (1/31) that I could make an appointment for my vaccine. I am 63 years old. So I made an appointment for Feb. 1 at the Disneyland site. After standing in line for 45 minutes, they made an announcement that anyone under 65 WITH an appointment confirmation was not eligible. There was a "glitch" in the system somewhere. This was not surprising, buy a bit disheartening since we stood in line. I just hope when I do become eligible, there are no more "glitches".
The othena desktop site has no contact us option. They have fouled up my next appointment. Fix its desktop version to have one so I can communicate with them.

I have a second dosage on 2/4 that had a time and location to go to and now when I’m in the app it doesn’t show anything and says that my application is up to day. This is happening to 4 other people I know as well. What am I supposed to do for my second appointment. There’s already super pods forming around me so we do have vaccines available. So please help me fix this glitch.
Using the Athena app, I scheduled and received my first Covid-19 vaccination on Friday Jan15th. Currently it will NOT schedule my second vaccination due Feb 12th. All it does when I log in is state: Great Work - You've completed Assigned Tasks. What Tasks are they speaking about?? Please help. I don't want to miss my second vaccine by Feb 12. Thanks. Bob
Unable to make appointment I think because I can't change the date from the current. Also it comes up Canada by phone number. I change it to united states then hit enter to update. says updated but have seen it doesn't.

Hello. I am trying to make an appointment for my second dose of the covid vaccine early. However, I do not have an iphone so I have been logging on to the Othena website. But there is no calendar to even schedule an appointment. When I log in, all I see is a message that states I received my first dose and I need to schedule an appointment for my second dose but no calendar to schedule. I am afraid of missing the second dose because I am not able to schedule an appointment. I would appreciate it if someone can reach out to me and help me resolve this issue. Thank you.
Hi, when I log into my Othena app it shows someone elses information. None of the information is my own including the email address that is being displayed. I have tried this on the app and internet browser. I am unable to print or access my own information bc of this.
