Why should I report an Issue with GALATEA: Novels & Audiobooks?

1. I need reasonable and fair monthly pricing or I cannot put money into the app.I really enjoy the books added to this app, and I think it is great that they shortened the wait time on free chapters.

2. It made it easier to know which stories were available for listing to a new unlocked chapters.The books (what I've been able to read so far) have been good but I have a couple problems.

Prior to subscribing the story plots were really interesting and involving, it was all a catch though, once I subscribed and payed for the anual subscription and unlocked the rest of the book the story turned out to be written very poorly and the story line were more silly dialogs and a bunch of nonsense.

4. 40 hrs is way too long.Wish the wait between free chapters was shorter, but it's better then other apps that make you wait longer and/or charge you an arm and a leg.

5. I don't really like the long wait in between chapters and unfortunately you either have to use the points or subscribe to get the next chapter instead of waiting.

6. There are premium stores that you either have to buy or subscribe there are no ads you can watch or other way to go around it which I really hate.I'm giving the app 3 stars because it does seem to have a good selection of books and is easy to use.

7. However, I still feel that there are little glitches that need work for example some books not loading and issues with the count down clock for chapters.

8. Earning points is also pretty simple.1. I had a book I selected & started reading.

9. Also, in order to read a "chapter" you need points to unlock it.

10. All the online reading apps have a point based system for reading but I find the pricing on here fair especially since they have a yearly membership you can pay for for unlimited reading.

11. They do unlock chapters after a certain amount of time but the time is so long its ridiculous.

1. Fix GALATEA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GALATEA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GALATEA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GALATEA" » Open GALATEA: Novels & Audiobooks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GALATEA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GALATEA: Novels & Audiobooks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GALATEA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GALATEA: Novels & Audiobooks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GALATEA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GALATEA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GALATEA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GALATEA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GALATEA not working

2. Fix GALATEA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GALATEA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GALATEA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GALATEA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
