1. I have no issues watching an ad to get a free color page but when I select the one I want to color and end up waiting 10 minutes before the app even responds because the whole thing froze and even re downloading the app doesn't help....I'm done.I really like this app, however, the screen freezes at times and I have to shut the app down.

2. So, more color choices and the glitch fix would be great, and I'd be happy to give it 5 starts!I'm a regular user of colouring aps, however, this one has a very clunky user interface which makes the selection of colours & areas to colour difficult.

3. When I re-open the app, all recent changes I spent 2 hours on were not saved and I lost everything... UGH! Fix this problem and I will update the rating to 5 stars.I loved it! And then I went to open it after using it for maybe the fifth time, an I can't get past the loading screen without it crashing and shutting down.

4. Please fix this issue and I will give 5 stars.For a free coloring book it's great, EXCEPT, for the occational glitch of it freezinging on me when trying to choose another color.

5. I love how you are given a wide range of colors without being charged! Plus you can control the shade of each color which adds to the detail.

6. Also, the color choices are a bit limited, there are a number of catagories but many of the colors are in a few different catagories.

7. The zoom function in this version is terrible also & should be set the same as any other ap where you just pinch or stretch the main screen, not a mini version of what you're trying to colour.

1. Fix Color Therapy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Color Therapy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Color Therapy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Color Therapy" » Open Color Therapy for Adults » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Color Therapy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Color Therapy for Adults app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Color Therapy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Color Therapy for Adults" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Color Therapy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Color Therapy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Color Therapy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Color Therapy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Color Therapy not working

2. Fix Color Therapy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Color Therapy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Color Therapy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Color Therapy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
