Am not aware of Technicalities of this application but it will be a great platform for sure.There is a bug which doesn't allow me to upload image in Android 13 (Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra)Very good app... UI is user friendly... although information related to the relevant upcoming courses to be provided in the app or in personal messages.

2. I'm registered for my undergrad as well as PG institution through this but I'm able to view only 1 of them, not able to switch to the otherPlease add edit profile option and the profile of alumni because if someone doesn't know someone's name then he is unable to find them.Amazing App.

3. The app needs improvements.I've been using this app for quite sometime being an alumnus of my Almamater, NIT Bhopal & Vaave has successfully been able to provide it's services in the form of website as well as application.

4. The profile in the mobile app does not get updated automatically even after updating the profile on computer, I had to re-install the app after which my profile was updated.

5. The options for adding additional information was only visible from my computer and that option was not available in the mobile app.

6. Easy to use & good that we can switch between networks easily in case we are a part of more than 1 network.It's something special to recall back the happy days.

1. Fix My Alumni Network Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Alumni Network: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Alumni Network App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Alumni Network" » Open My Alumni Network » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Alumni Network » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Alumni Network app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Alumni Network servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Alumni Network" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Alumni Network app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Alumni Network might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Alumni Network. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Alumni Network then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Alumni Network not working

2. Fix My Alumni Network Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Alumni Network be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Alumni Network not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Alumni Network may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
