1. This is a service not worth paying for in my personal opinion.They show you an example of how it looks, then make you pay a subscription after you've downloaded it for free, uploaded a picture, and waited for the edit to be made.

2. DO NOT DOWNLOAD! DOES NOT WORK!Average of 3 stars broken down like this: 5 stars for the animations - absolutely great! Picture and motion quality are outstanding.

3. It's, also, super tedious to use with ads, but the quality of animations was so not worth actually paying for.The face dancing is about the the only thing it has going for it, the AI avatar thing caught my interest only to be let down very quickly.

4. That's all fine and dandy but...... there's no way to cancel your subscription if you don't want to continue after the "free trial".

5. Once you download it they force you to keep it because It does not give you an option to cancel it's not that simple.Don't waste your time.

6. Maybe the creators can gear it to what's popular in various countries/regions.All the song choices are horrible, there is nothing worth picking and it doesn't work as the videos show it to.

7. Problem is to get the "free trial" you have to enter payment information then after your free trial runs out they automatically charge you from there on.

8. Asking for clear photos of pictures of the same person, doing that, it told me those were bad photos and couldn't use those.

1. Fix Face Dance Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Face Dance: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Face Dance App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Face Dance" » Open Face Dance: AI Photo Animator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Face Dance » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Face Dance: AI Photo Animator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Face Dance servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Face Dance: AI Photo Animator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Face Dance app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Face Dance might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Face Dance. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Face Dance then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Face Dance not working

2. Fix Face Dance Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Face Dance be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Face Dance not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Face Dance may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
