1. I'm still very much a fan of the products & will continue to buy them, I'm just not as loyal to the brand as I once was, now my purchases span the board among the products I like+rewards programs.Since the latest update I cannot get sip and scan icons to work.

2. *edit2* The scan feature doesn't work on the title screen, but it does work when you have to redeem an experience.

6. The ability to scan and use saved mixes depends on whether the establishment has the device connected to the internet and fully stocked, which few do.

9. Caps won't scan either, but those I can at least enter manually.

10. To make matters worse when I manually enter a product code I just get an error message telling me it can't be processed.

11. tl/dr Don't bother downloading this app, it's a waste of space and time, and most likely tracking you in some form.App wouldn't load at all this time around, which is just the latest inconvenience.

  3. Clear +one by The Coca-Cola Company® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from +one servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "+one by The Coca-Cola Company®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check +one app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, +one might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall +one. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall +one then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing +one not working


2. Fix +one Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make +one be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to +one not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, +one may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
