1. I'm still very much a fan of the products & will continue to buy them, I'm just not as loyal to the brand as I once was, now my purchases span the board among the products I like+rewards programs.Since the latest update I cannot get sip and scan icons to work.
2. *edit2* The scan feature doesn't work on the title screen, but it does work when you have to redeem an experience.
3. It feels like there's some basic issues that can be fixed if you try.The most recent update has taken scanning sip & scan icons from merely difficult to completely impossible.
4. I have a high-end phone yet I can't use the app because of "low memory"?! Your update did nothing to improve the usability for me so I think that you need to try again.I like that during covid we can still donate points to certain orgs.
5. Everytime I to try to scan a code it fails to even let me because it claims my device memory is too low.
6. The ability to scan and use saved mixes depends on whether the establishment has the device connected to the internet and fully stocked, which few do.
7. I've not been able to get a single one to scan no matter the lighting level and position of the phone.
8. Depending on whether or not the new scan feature works at this point, I'll edit it further.
9. Caps won't scan either, but those I can at least enter manually.
10. To make matters worse when I manually enter a product code I just get an error message telling me it can't be processed.
11. tl/dr Don't bother downloading this app, it's a waste of space and time, and most likely tracking you in some form.App wouldn't load at all this time around, which is just the latest inconvenience.
