Home Healthcare Customer Insights

1. I prefer the older cuff but I have no say so as to which cuffI can use.Would never connect via Bluetooth to my android phone.

2. You have to input your BP numbers manually and it doesn't track like the previous cuff did.

3. I had another BP wrist cuff, but ICC changed to a different cuff and a different app.

4. The new cuff is supposed to be smarter but I don't think so.

5. suboptimal assistance for trouble shooting.Turner device in after 1 month.

6. Staff gave up, advised me to do manual entry, and sent me on my way.

7. Would give it a "zero" rating if available.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Home Healthcare Issues

1. Fix Home Healthcare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Home Healthcare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Home Healthcare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Home Healthcare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Home Healthcare might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Home Healthcare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Home Healthcare then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Home Healthcare not working
