1. I've found that setting my phone down and not moving around helps the connection, but still very low quality! Text messages don't show up even after receiving a notification! And to start a video call or answer it usually takes multiple attempts before it connects! Still I'm grateful for a way to communicate with loved ones, BUT OMG IT REALLY FEELS LIKE EXPLOITATION mmkay!??!??Expensive as heck compared to other communication services available at other facilities!! $20 only really gives you 12-14 to communicate with the inmate.
2. Also u can video call, but those of course are limited to time by the facility.GREAT way to connect with loved ones that are incarcerated.
3. It's better than nothing at all.I would give 5 stars, and I REALLY wish I was able to but the app just doesn't work like I wish it would! It won't let me video call, or accept them.
4. It's also great of how easy it is too add funds and see the funds that are available and it lets you know the price of an action each time you go too use the option.
5. Other times if says failure to send messages for no apparent reason also says insufficient funds to send messages when there's WAY more than enough.

7. However, they are too expensive! They charge you a $3 admin fee every time you add money, no matter the amount.
8. It says I am connected, but then right after it says that, it says disconnected and gives me the customer service phone number.
9. I'm going to go insane if I see app not responding close or wait messageVery expensive! Videos freeze up probably 50% of the time.

11. But, they don't care because we will keep paying them and keep trying so that we can try and communicate with our loved ones.
