- Clear Restless Philly - News Phily app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Restless Philly servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Restless Philly - News Phily" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Restless Philly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Restless Philly might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Restless Philly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Restless Philly then reinstall.
