1. The network search function is also pretty clunky - I've needed to transfer a call to a colleague and been unable to locate them by search based on their last name or extension.This app is truly horrible.

1. Fix Cisco Jabber Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cisco Jabber: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cisco Jabber App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cisco Jabber" » Open Cisco Jabber » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cisco Jabber » click "UPDATE".
