1. The network search function is also pretty clunky - I've needed to transfer a call to a colleague and been unable to locate them by search based on their last name or extension. This app is truly horrible.
2. Also used it on iOS, which is even worse if that's possible.I really want and need this app to work for making calls, but whenever I am on my home network it stops connecting and working.
3. Mostly have problems when others can't hear me in the beginning or middle of a work phone call.
4. What baffles me is that the screenshots of this application in the play store show this feature however it does not exist in the actual application. After making and completing 1-2 phone calls, the app freezes.
5. It produces errors when trying to call like "invalid address format error.". If I were considering buying Cisco, this app alone would be the deal killer.
6. It will also cause the screen to black out sometimes when you're on a call so it's difficult to access other material that you need.
7. I have had several instances where the app is ringing but the screen doesn't recognize that a call is incoming so I can't answer.
8. When switching between a local area network Wi-Fi connection and a wan connection either on the network or via a mobile cellular connection on the Internet, it takes forever to log out and back in.
9. I don't like the fact that anytime you make a change You have to reset it and you lose all of your threading with your messaging.Disconnects randomly for no apparent reason at the worst possible time.
10. If you want to call somebody, you basically have to go through your call history and find their number, but you can't associate a name with the number.
11. ???When connection is good, it's nice, but doesn't last long. This works sometimes but not consistently.
