1. It was refurbished but it was a quality device and functioned reliably, this is just unusable!I've had other Lifeline carriers and by far Stand Up is the best! However, the extremely cheap and low quality phone they sent me is awful!!! The V22, it's just bad in SOÓO MANY ways.

2. It's slow, flimsy, takes low quality pics, very little storage, and I can't find any cases!!!! So frustrating to actually have great service but be hindered by the equipment.This is probably the best phone I've ever gotten from a lifeline service.

5. However, the device they sent is the cheapest, most basic Android (V22) on the market! Apps keep crashing, it's infuriatingly slow, has a terrible lag, it misses calls and doesn't receive texts until hours after they were sent.

6. So now I have nothing and no one seems to be able to helpExcellent free phone, the best plan out there as long as your can provide the necessary requirements needed to obtain one of these free government phones.

7. I have never had a issue with calling into the company, yeah it's true I have never spoken to anyone that speaks English very well.The service is Ok but the phone is defective.

8. StandUp has the most minutes, data, and unlimited texts per month and the service is not too bad especially considering it is totally free.

9. From what I have read none of them are any good.The phone, (V22 or V23) is just an Android 6 with Android 12 installed on it.

10. 5+*🙃🙂Every month my phone goes dead, and I have to buy a tip up, they often don't reload my account on the day they say, so to use phone I have to pay and then they don't reload my phone.

11. StandUp Wireless, by far, has the strongest, most reliable service available of all the Lifeline carriers I've tried (5).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix StandUp Wireless Issues

1. Fix StandUp Wireless Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart StandUp Wireless: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the StandUp Wireless App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "StandUp Wireless" » Open StandUp Wireless » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for StandUp Wireless » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear StandUp Wireless app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from StandUp Wireless servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "StandUp Wireless" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check StandUp Wireless app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, StandUp Wireless might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall StandUp Wireless. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall StandUp Wireless then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing StandUp Wireless not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make StandUp Wireless be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
