1. Whenever there is an update there always something wrong and you have to update to fix the issues with the previous updates .It’s my first time using the Chums Live app, the registration process went smoothly, I created my account using my mobile number, and it's fast and easy.

2. Upon Logging in, because it's my first time using the app, the application has an initial tour regarding how to use the Chum Live, the tutorial contains all the basic things or actions you need to know in using the app.

3. need to fix the live broadcast please no need to add more filter just add like a timer to know what time the chummies started.

4. I will try to discover more features that I can do with Chums.I give only two stars here because the good part about it, any age can go live unlike other apps.

1. Fix Chums Live Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chums Live: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chums Live App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chums Live" » Open Chums Live » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chums Live » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chums Live app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chums Live servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chums Live" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chums Live app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chums Live might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chums Live. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chums Live then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chums Live not working

2. Fix Chums Live Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chums Live be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chums Live not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chums Live may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
