1. Very sad customer service as well when I tried to inquire about it, they told me that the sketches arent meant to be accurate just dismissed my concerns.Don't download this app, you have to purchase each sketch which is a ridiculous $10.

2. Cause when I tried to click in Sign in, I have entered my right email and password, but it is continually showing Username or password must be incorrect, so I tried to click on Forgot password, I have entered my right email, but, it is showing The email is incorrect.

3. Great idea bad marketingI would give it 0 stars if I could The description fails to mention it costs $10 per sketch! Not worth it.Horrible pictures.

4. I did not give the 5 stars back because it isn't fair I bought 4, had an issue, corrected it, bought 4 more, got one free, and faced the another issue.

5. I'll probably buy less but think for $10 each its ok.I like maybe 2 out of every 3 sketches I get...the ones I don't like just seem super rushed and lazy and look nothing like the original photo.

6. Customer service was very responsive and corrected the issues.

7. They do have glitches here and there and I had issues with not recieving or receiving the same sketch again.

8. Not even remotely close to the uploaded pictures.They are fast and if something is wrong with the sketch, they'll try to fix it.

1. Fix Chic Sketch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chic Sketch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chic Sketch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chic Sketch" » Open Chic Sketch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chic Sketch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chic Sketch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chic Sketch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chic Sketch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chic Sketch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chic Sketch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chic Sketch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chic Sketch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chic Sketch not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chic Sketch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chic Sketch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chic Sketch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
