1. This app works seamlessly with Elvie Pump and Elvie Stride.

1. Pump frequently disconnects at random, milk volumes are always inaccurate by an ounce or more, data gets deleted at random, cannot adjust time of sessions manually when the app has failed to capture data automatically, dates are consistently off by one day (day of the week is correct, but date is not).

2. Two major issues: 1) the app does not allow for me to add sessions if I pump without triggering the app, which would not be such an issue if not for 2) the Bluetooth is very spotty, connections slow, and often only one of the pumps will connect.

3. After all the trouble I had with the Elvie trainer, it certainly feels like the app dev team has no idea what the end users need/want.love the pump in general although i have to agree with other reviews here that the elvie app itself is very frustrating.

4. Not to mention, I just bought the pumps and now 3 weeks in with careful use, the hubs are making noises (one clicks and the other has a high pitched whistle sound) that no amount of troubleshooting or new parts have been able to fix.

11. i agree that dates are off and somehow connection is lost in the middle of the session (pump still keeps going at least) which of course the session does not save at all.

1. Fix Pump with Elvie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pump with Elvie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pump with Elvie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pump with Elvie" » Open Pump with Elvie » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pump with Elvie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pump with Elvie app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pump with Elvie servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pump with Elvie" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pump with Elvie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pump with Elvie might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pump with Elvie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pump with Elvie then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pump with Elvie not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pump with Elvie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pump with Elvie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pump with Elvie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
